Well you’re in luck.
New informative help videos are now available as part of the ERA-IGNITE v.24.25 release. You have access to over 200 that cover a variety of topics and tasks within the Accounting, Service, and Retail Management Intelligence applications. Examples include:
- Changing customer information
- Exporting a report to a PC or local network drive
- Rolling an appointment to a repair order
The best part is they are available within ERA-IGNITE itself under Online Help, so you can access them quickly whenever you need them!
Here’s how:
1.) Click on Help (F1) from any ERA-IGNITE window.
2.) Select a video related to the screen you are currently in under Videos or click on Search All Help Videos.
You can search the archive for a video you want to watch by Name/Keyword, Application, or Recommended Only. By highlighting a line, you can read a description of what the video is about and see any keywords that are related to that specific video.
If there is a video you really like and want to share with others, you have the ability to recommend it. Simply click on the ‘Recommend’ hyperlink and enter the user IDs of those you want to share the video.
Conclusion
Learning about your system doesn’t have to be time consuming or boring. These new videos are another option to help you and other employees quickly learn new features and topics within the system used every day.
