NADA… the Catalyst for 2025: What’s Ahead for Reynolds

Article Highlights:
- Continue to unlock your full potential with Spark AI.
- From AI to robots, Reynolds has a lot going on this year.
It was an NADA show for record books. New Orleans experienced record-breaking snowfall in the days leading up to the event, turning the Big Easy into a winter wonderland. What wasn’t wonderful were all the winter storm travel troubles. But the show went on! Highlights included everything from parts delivery robots to cyber scores to artificial intelligence. Dealers had the chance to share ideas, discover emerging technologies, and plan for the future. NADA is a jumping off point for us to start the year so let’s take a look at what’s ahead.
Expanding Spark AI
Since the launch of Spark AI, it’s helped dealers boost efficiency and productivity when it comes to the sales side of the business. Whether it’s automatically analyzing and tagging phone call recordings for easy next-step filtering or generating unique vehicle descriptions and professional photos in seconds, it makes the complex simple. At NADA, we unveiled the latest product to use the Spark AI data layer: Appointment AI. Now dealers can leverage Spark AI in their service process with AI assisted appointment scheduling. It eliminates phone hold times and allows customers to schedule appointments 24/7. In short, it’s scheduling made easy.
Knowledge is Power When it Comes to Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity has become a hot topic with the dramatic increase in cyber threats this past year. Proton, the premier automotive-specific cybersecurity provider, is now offering dealers a free cybersecurity score to pinpoint vulnerabilities before they lead to costly downtime. The difference between 15 minutes and 15 days of downtime isn’t just inconvenient, it’s $4.88 million on average. Don’t wait for a breach. If you missed the show but want to see your cyber score, click here. Proton provides “always on protection” and remains in the fight to protect your dealership.
From the docuPAD® System to Robots
At this year’s show, the Reynolds booth had some new “helpers” rolling around. Parts Delivery Robots are the next big thing making waves in automotive, and we’re leading the pack. Using cutting-edge technology, these robots can help speed up and improve efficiency by eliminating walk and wait time. Technicians stay in their bays and there’s no need for a parts runner. This is the next big hardware advancement in automotive retail!
Driving Forward in 2025
New Orleans is already looking forward to Mardi Gras in March and the automotive industry can look forward to Amplify 2025. This event is dedicated to driving innovation and growth in automotive retail. Be sure to mark your calendars for August 18-19 in Dallas, Texas. NADA was just the beginning; we’re excited for the new year ahead!
